  • seamless continuous profiles

Profiling machine for corrugated, corrugated sheets and facade panels

The container profiling machine is designed to offer maximum production versatility, adapting to various application needs in the civil and industrial roofing sector.

It is able to realize:

  • panels for flat and pitched roofs
  • continuous profiles for metal facades

Upon request, the machine can be configured to produce conical sheets and, with special equipment, convex and concave calendered sheets, with a minimum radius of 2000 mm, depending on the profile to be made.

Integrated processing for complete roofing

Thanks to its modular approach, the profiling machine can integrate additional machining operations directly on the sheet metal, including:
